What is a cleaning agreement?

A cleaning agreement is a contract made between a home owner, office manager, realtor, or building management company and an individual or company providing professional cleaning services. The agreement establishes the terms and conditions of the arrangement between the cleaning service and the customer.

Housekeepers and janitors can use a cleaning agreement to help them set up new clients, and specifically perform only the services written into the contract.

Why do I need a cleaning agreement?
